1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning separate types of ethers of phosphoric acid of the complex and their salts and derivatives classified by code 2919 90 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date of this Decision till December 31, 2023 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) to add line item with code 2919 90 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU in the column of the fourth with the reference to the note "<36C>";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 36C of the following content:
