1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2016 No. 324 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for planning, carrying out and financing of capital repairs of housing stock" the following changes:
in preamble of the word "According to Part" shall be replaced with words "Based on part";
in Item 1:
exclude the word "enclosed";
add Item with the word "(is applied)";
in Regulations on the procedure for planning, carrying out and financing of capital repairs of housing stock approved by this resolution:
in Item 9:
to exclude the word of "apartments" from part one;
second and third to state parts in the following edition:
"If the cost of capital repairs of 1 sq.m of total area of the apartment house exceeds limit rate of costs for capital repairs of 1 sq.m of total area of apartment houses, inclusion in the current schedule of capital repairs of apartment houses is made according to the decision of district, city executive committees, local administration of the area in the city and under approval of the structural divisions of regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom performing state powers of authority in the field of housing and communal services based on technical condition of the apartment house and economic feasibility.
