About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 7, 2002 No. 738 and of February 17, 2012 No. 156
Based on article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on procedure for maintaining the State register of models (modifications) of the cash summing-up registers and special computer systems used in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, No. 738 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 7, 2002:
third Item 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"provisions of public information to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs about models (modifications) of the cash equipment, SKS included in the State register and also about persons who signed service provision agreements on maintenance and repair of the cash equipment.";
the fourth Item 3 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"information on the legal entity of the Republic of Belarus, the foreign organization performing activities in the Republic of Belarus through permanent mission, the physical person registered as the individual entrepreneur in the Republic of Belarus performing production (development) or delivery to the territory of the Republic of Belarus of model (modification) of the cash equipment (further - the applicant): the name and the location of the legal entity or surname, own name, middle name (if that is available) and the residence of the individual entrepreneur, accounting number of the payer;";
