PRESIDENTIAL DECREE OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

About modification of some decisions of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic

According to articles 70, of 71 Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, part 2 of article 4 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" I decide:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About structure and structure of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and structure of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 12, 2021 No. 425 the following change:

- add Item 1 with the paragraph the twenty second the following content:

"-Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- bring the decisions into accord with this Decree;

- take other measures following from this Decree.

3. Recognize invalid:

- Items 3, 4 Presidential decrees of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 5, 2021 No. 114;

- The presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 5, 2021" of May 27, 2021 No. 229.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
