About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning reduction of the status of National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 29, Art. 399 with subsequent changes):

Paragraph one of preamble after words of "National police" to add 1) with words "National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine";

Article 1 part one after words of "National police" to add 2) with the words "and on service on positions of the commanding structure in National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine";

Article 1-2 to add 3) with the Item "z" of the following content:

"h) faces of the commanding structure of National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine";

Part the second articles 2 after the words "in National police" to add 4) with the words "National Anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine";

Part the fourth articles 9 after words of "National police" to add 5) with words to "National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine";

6) in Article 12:

in paragraph one of the Item "and" of the word "in the Items - "д" shall be replaced with words "in the Items - "д", "з";

in paragraph one of the Item of the word "in the Items - "д" shall be replaced with words "in the Items "b"-"d", "z", and after words of "National police" to add with the words "on positions of the commanding structure in National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine";

7) in Article 13 part one:

"dismissed from service in Service of judicial protection" to add the Item "and" after words with the words "and dismissed from service in National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine";
