About modification of some Orders of the Government and recognition voided the Orders of the Government

Based on part (3) Article 32 and part (2) article 39 of the Law No. 183/2020 on subsidized insurance in agricultural industry (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 267-271, 572) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 455/2017 about procedure for distribution of means of National fund of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 201-213, 537), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in all text the text "The Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment" in any case shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry" in the corresponding case;

2) in Item 1 of the resolution:

a) 2) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"2) the List of risks and agricultural property according to which insurance premiums are subsidized from National fund of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone, according to appendix No. 2.";

b) 3) to exclude the subitem;

3) in appendix No. 1:

a) in Item 3 of figure "2021" to replace with figures "2022";

b) in the subitem 7) Item 7:
