About introduction of amendments to some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I DECIDE:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.

Changes which are made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 20, 1996 No. 3228 "About military symbols of the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Service of defense of objects of Service of the state protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

"5. Determine that:

1) flags of the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan are established in offices of the vice-chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Director of the Border service, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Commander-in-chief of National guard, taken out exposed) on parades of troops and in other necessary cases connected with participation of the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
