About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of June 29, 2021 No. 79
According to Item 14 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), and also for the purpose of systematization of the acts entering the right of the Eurasian Economic Union, the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of June 29, 2021 No. 79 "About the customs receipt order" the following changes:
a) add with Item 2.1:
"2.1. The recommendation of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 24, 2017 No. 9 "About electronic interaction in case of representation of electronic type of the customs receipt order" is not subject to application from the effective date of this Decision.";
b) in Item 3 of the word "February 1, 2022." shall be replaced with words "on April 1, 2022".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
