About modification and amendments in the Code of Turkmenistan about social protection of the population

Bring in the Code of Turkmenistan about social protection of the population approved by the Law of Turkmenistan of October 19, 2012 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2012, No. 4, Art. 91; 2013, No. 3, Art. 59; 2014, No. 4, Art. 152; 2015, No. 3, Art. 113; 2016, No. 2, Art. 100; 2017, No. 4, Art. 147; 2018, No. 2, Art. 45, No. 4, Art. of Art. 98 and 109; 2019, No. 4, Art. 95; 2021, No. 1, Art. 18), following changes and amendments:

1) in Article 23:

state item 4 in the following edition:

"4) the women who gave birth to five six, seven children or having the child with disability since the childhood (irrespective of time of recognition of the child with disability) and brought up them to eight-year age, - on reaching age of 54 years, with participation in mandatory pension insurance at least 15 years;";

after item 4 to add with Item of the following content:

"4-1) women who gave rise and brought up eight and more children to eight-year age - on reaching age of 52 years, with participation in mandatory pension insurance at least 10 years;";

2) in Article 38 part two:

state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3) for three children - 285 percent;";

add with Items of the following content:

"4) on four children - 335 percent;

5) on five and more children - 380 percent.";

3) in Article 40 part one:

after the word "it" to add with words ", except as specified, specified in the paragraph the second to this part";

add with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case of the address of citizens with the written application about purpose of the corresponding pension specified in paragraph one of this part after emergence of the right to it, owing to emergence of the circumstances (natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic and other force majeure) independent of their will, the corresponding pension is granted to them from the date of emergence of the right to it.";
