About entering of amendments into the Law of Turkmenistan "About protection of atmospheric air"

I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About protection of atmospheric air" of March 26, 2016 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2016, No. 1, Art. 51; 2018, No. 1, Art. 3) following amendments:

to add article 7 after Item 10 with Items of the following content:

"10-1) creates forest strips for the purpose of reduction of razneseniye of the pulverulent and salt aerosols exerting negative impact on atmospheric air;

10-2) studies on scientific basis and implements in production types of plants, steadier against negative conditions of the atmosphere (pulverulent and salt);";

to add article 8 after item 4 with Item of the following content:

"4-1) will organize actions for prevention of negative impact of the environment on health of the population;".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
