Based on part three of subitem 1.5-1, of the paragraph of the fifth of part one of subitem 1.13 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2014 "About questions of regulation of leasing activities" and parts one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 99

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of August 29, 2014 No. 552 "About approval of the Instruction about amount and contents of the reporting and information of the leasing organization included in the register of the leasing organizations, the foreign organization performing leasing activities in the Republic of Belarus through permanent mission, terms and procedure for their creation and submission to National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and establishment of forms of the reporting and information" the following changes:

state the name in the following edition:

"About establishment of forms of the reporting and information of the leasing organization, approval of the Instruction about terms and procedure for creation and submission of the reporting and information of the leasing organization";

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Approve the Instruction about terms and procedure for creation and submission of the reporting and information of the leasing organization it (is applied).";

to exclude from Items 2-4-1 of the word "to this resolution";

to be reworded as follows appendices 1-4 to this resolution (are applied);

To be reworded as follows the instruction about amount and contents of the reporting and information of the leasing organization included in the register of the leasing organizations, the foreign organization, performing the leasing activities in the Republic of Belarus through permanent mission, terms and procedure for their creation and submission to National Bank of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
