About introduction of amendments to the Law on organization of some measures for emergency state in the field of public health and modification of some regulations No. 69/2020

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on organization of some measures for emergency state in the field of public health and modification of some regulations No. 69/2020 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 124-125, 222), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In the article VI-1:

part (to state 1) in the following edition:

"(1) the lump-sum allowance in the amount of 16000 lei to the employees of the National agency of public health involved in diagnostics and epidemiological surveillance of cases and centers of COVID-19 and vaccinated against COVID-19, to the medical personnel working in medical organizations / divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Defence, National penitentiary administration and Service of information and safety, to the medical personnel working in the public medical and sanitary organizations providing stationary medical care, emergency medical service at pre-hospital stage, specialized out-patient medical care, primary medical care, vaccinated against COVID-19, which for 2021 caught COVID-19 Is established.";

add Article with part (1-1) following contents:

"(1-1) Workers specified in part (1) this Article, the having medical contraindications for vaccination against COVID-19, are not allowed to work in the centers of COVID-19 and are transferred to other divisions.".
