About modification of some Orders of the Government

Based on Article 5 and parts (2) and (5) article 24 of the Law No. 274/2011 on integration of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 372-382, 342), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Item 34 of the Order of the Government No. 1023/2012 on approval of the Provision of the Center of placement (2013, 30), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 1-5, in the following edition:

"34. The beneficiaries of programs of integration which do not have means of livelihood according to the statement can use placement in the Center for a period of up to six months, with possibility of its prolongation, without exceeding at the same time of the term of implementation of the individual plan of integration. As the reason for prolongation serves active participation of the foreigner in implementation of the individual plan of integration and appendix of efforts by it to become the active member of the accepting society".

2. In introductory part of the Order of the Government No. 1024/2012 about approval of the Regulations on procedure and terms of employment of housing intended for foreigners beneficiaries of programs of integration and persons using international protection (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 6-9, 34), the text "parts (5) Article 25" to replace with the text "parts (5) Article 24".

3. In the Regulations on the centers of integration for foreigners approved by the Order of the Government No. 553/2017 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 244-251, 637), to make the following changes:
