1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. To add the instruction about procedure of obligatory legal examination of regulatory legal acts approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 23, 2006 No. 1244, with Item 2 following of content:
"2. Features of the direction for legal examination of the regulatory legal acts establishing obligation of observance of technical codes of common practice, state standards of the Republic of Belarus in the military sphere, the sphere of protection of the state secrets and other information of limited distribution in the field of use of atomic energy, ensuring nuclear and radiation safety, telecommunication, and also its carrying out are determined in Item 1-1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2018 No. 353 "About obligatory legal examination of technical regulatory legal acts".";
