"3. The new contract on the passing of military service according to the procedure determined by Regulations on procedure for passing of military service can be signed with the military personnel who reached age limit of stay on military service:
having military rank of Marshall of the Russian Federation, the general, Admiral of the fleet, - for the term established by the decision of the President of the Russian Federation;
having military rank of the colonel general, admiral, - before achievement of age of 70 years by them;
having other military rank, - before achievement of age of 65 years by them.".
This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
