About Council of permanent plenipotentiaries of the State Parties of the Commonwealth under authorized and other bodies of the Commonwealth

Council of Foreign Ministers of the Commonwealth of Independent States DECIDED:

1. Give to Council of permanent plenipotentiaries of the State Parties of the Commonwealth under authorized and other bodies of the Commonwealth the status of body of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

2. Bring in the Regulations on Council of permanent plenipotentiaries of the State Parties of the Commonwealth under authorized and other bodies of the Commonwealth approved by the Decision of Council of Foreign Ministers of the CIS of June 20, 2000, the following changes and amendments:

2.1. To state Item 1 of the Section I in the following edition:

"Council of permanent plenipotentiaries of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth under authorized and other bodies of the Commonwealth (further - Council) is permanent body of the CIS".

"4. Council:
