The State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States on behalf of the governments which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

expressing aspiration to creating favorable conditions for development of youth cooperation as factor of preserving and deepening of friendship, in view of the increasing role of youth at the present stage of development of society,

confirming desire to expand and enhance the international youth cooperation on the principles of equality and to establish for this purpose broad cooperation between state bodies, youth public associations and other organizations (associations) participating in realization of the state youth policy

considering that the cooperation in the field of work with youth is designed to promote strengthening of mutual understanding and friendship between the people, to approval of universal values,

agreed as follows.

Article 1

The parties strengthen and develop cooperation in the field of work with youth through state bodies and the public youth organizations (associations) enabling the realization of the state youth policy support their initiatives directed to intensification of youth cooperation.

Article 2

The parties create favorable conditions for implementation of regular contacts of state bodies and public youth organizations (associations) for the purpose of determination of priorities and development of youth cooperation.

Article 3

For the purpose of implementation of this agreement of the Party develop and carry out the interstate programs and separate projects which are of mutual interest.

Article 4

The parties render mutual assistance in:

- to preparation of professional personnel in the field of work with youth;
