PRESIDENTIAL DECREE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

of June 16, 2016 No. 226

About modification of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in subitem 5.2 of Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2008 No. 332 "About construction of milk and commodity farms" (2008, No. 146, 1/9799) of figure "2021" to replace the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus with figures "2015";

1.2. in subitem 3.1 of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 17, 2008 No. 343 "About provision of credit resources for construction, reconstruction, technical retrofitting and repair of production facilities of agro-industrial complex" (2008, No. 148, 1/9809) of figure "2020" to replace the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus with figures "2015";

1.3. in part one of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2010 No. 303 "About some questions of financing of construction of facilities of agro-industrial complex" (2010, No. 146, 1/11705) of figure "2019" to replace the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus with figures "2015";

1.4. in part one of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2010 No. 480 "About some questions of development of milk industry" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 223, 1/11956; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 23.07. 1/15161) of the word "compensation implementation period to banks of part of percent according to Item 1 of this Decree" shall be replaced with words 2014, "2010-2015";

1.5. in subitem 2.2 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2010 No. 481 "About some questions of the organizations of bakery products" (2010, No. 223, 1/11957) of figure "2021" to replace the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus with figures "2015".
