About temporary measures of the state support of employers and separate categories of citizens

For the purpose of minimization of influence on economy of the Republic of Belarus of world epidemiological situation and ensuring social stability I decide:

1. Provide to the organizations (except for the state-financed organizations and the organizations receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations) the right to subsidy from budget funds of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus (further respectively - subsidy and the budget of fund) for implementation:

surcharges * to the workers who are not working during the period from May 1 to July 31, 2020 in connection with idle time not because of the worker and also workers who establishes in this period part-time at the initiative of the employer (further - workers), up to the size of minimum wage **;

payments of the compulsory insurance premiums in the budget of fund estimated from the amount of surcharges to workers.

* The amount of surcharge is determined as difference between the size of minimum wage and the added wages amounts for days of idle time not because of the worker, the fulfilled working days, including in the mode of part-time at the initiative of the employer, the average earnings kept in cases, stipulated by the legislation for the working days.
