2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022.

76(1). Key indicator of federal state control (supervision) in the field of drug circulation is the relation of quantity of series of the medicines which are not conforming to requirements of the Federal Law "About Drug Circulation" and removed from civil circulation in reporting year to quantity of series of medicines, data on which are provided according to part 2 of article 91 of the Federal law "About Drug Circulation" for accounting year.

76(2). Target value of key indicator of federal state control (supervision) in the field of drug circulation is determined:

in 2022 - 0,2 less;

in 2023 - 0,17 less;

in 2024 - 0,14 less;

in 2025 - 0,11 less.".
