2. Establish procedure according to which on the irrigated land, in the gardens and vineyards transferred from the Tashkent region to Bektemirsky, Sergeliysky, Yashnabadsky, Mirzo-Ulugbeksky and Yangikhayotsky districts of the city of Tashkent (further - the transferred land):

crops are placed on complete squares by plantation method for effective use of the available land and water resources, increase in production, conversion and export of products. At the same time taking into account specialization, edaphic-climatic conditions of each territory, meliorative condition, fertility, water supply of lands cultivation of export-oriented and high-profitable agricultural products is adjusted;
