1. Support the decision of Council of Heads of states - organization members "the Central Asian Cooperation" about combining TsAS and EurAsEC and to adopt the Statement of Heads of state members of EurAsEC of the matter it (is applied).

To the joint working group of TsAS and EurAsEC as a part of National coordinators of state members of TsAS, Permanent representatives under EurAsEC, the Secretary general of EurAsEC and representatives of the Secretariat of Integration Committee of EurAsEC to analyze the contractual legal base TsAS and EurAsEC, to prepare the necessary documents connected with ensuring legal registration of integration of TsAS into EurAsEC for the purpose of their consideration in accordance with the established procedure at the regular meeting of Interstate Council of EurAsEC (at the level of heads of states).
