About suggestions for improvement of strategy and tactics of development of EurAsEC

Interstate Council of Eurasian economic community (at the level of heads of states) solved:

1. Take into consideration the Report "About suggestions for improvement of strategy and tactics of development of EurAsEC" it (is applied), prepared by Council for financial and economic policy of state members of EurAsEC, and results of discussion of the matter at Mezhgossovet's meeting of EurAsEC (at the level of heads of governments) on May 19, 2006 in Minsk.

2. Continue work on forming of custom union of state members of EurAsEC according to the Decision of Interstate Council of EurAsEC (at the level of heads of states) of February 9, 2004 No. 152, including in 2006 to complete interstate procedures for preparation for signing of the documents necessary for forming of the legal base of custom union taking into account degree of readiness of the states for participation in it.

3. At emergency meeting of Mezhgossovet of EurAsEC (at the level of heads of states) to report on the secretary general of EurAsEC on the course of preparation of the documents specified in Item 2 of this Decision.
