About introduction of amendments to the Law on the inventory of real estate No. 1543/1998

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the inventory of real estate No. 1543/1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 44-46, 318), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. State Article 14 in the following edition:

"Article 14. Type and content of cadastral works

(1) Cadastral works happen the following types:

a) establishment of borders of administrative and territorial units;

b) identification of the real estate unit;

c) creation of cadastral documentation for the purpose of primary registration of the real estate unit;

d) creation of cadastral documentation in case of change of borders of the parcels of land;

e) creation of cadastral documentation in case of construction/demolition, upgrades, changes, transformations, strengthenings and/or restorations of structures;

f) forming of the real estate unit.

(2) Content of the cadastral works necessary for information collection and data for the inventory is determined by the central industry body in the field of the inventory.

(3) By transfer or encumbrance of the rights to the real estate unit cadastral works are carried out based on the statement of the owner of the corresponding object or the statement of the interested person from written consent of the owner.".

2. Part (Article 15 to state 1) in the following edition:

"(1) Cadastral works are performed by the Agency of the state services and its territorial structures, the state and private enterprises. The certified cadastral engineer of the organization contractor bears responsibility for correctness of cadastral works.".

3. Article 15-1, 15-2, 16, 18 and 19 to state in the following edition:

"Article 15-1. Establishment of borders of administrative and territorial units

(1) Borders of administrative and territorial units are established in case:

a) forming/disbandment of administrative and territorial unit;

b) changes of the status of administrative and territorial unit;
