Crew members of the aircraft and the staff of service of aviation safety of the operator (air enterprise) based on the order of the commander of the aircraft have the right to apply all necessary measures, including enforcement measures, concerning persons who the actions create direct safety hazard of flight of the aircraft or threat of life or to health of other persons and refuse to submit to orders of the commander of the aircraft.
2. In case of suppression of illegal actions onboard the aircraft of persons specified in Item 1 of this Article crew members of the aircraft and the staff of service of aviation safety of the operator (air enterprise) have the right to use the special means of control specified in the subitem 2 of Item 1 of article 58 of this Code.
