About some questions of activities of plenipotentiaries of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas

1) in item 4 of the word to "Plenipotentiaries of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas" shall be replaced with words "To plenipotentiaries of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas, except for the plenipotentiary of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in Batken Province of the Kyrgyz Republic,";
2) in Regulations on the plenipotentiary of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in area approved by the above-named Decree:
- to state the subitem 7 of Item 9 in the following edition:
"7) performs other powers determined by regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic and other acts of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
- the twelfth Item 10 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-approves regulations on the office of the plenipotentiary of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in area, except for regulations on the office of the plenipotentiary of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in Batken Province of the Kyrgyz Republic, based on Standard regulations on the office of the plenipotentiary of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in area;";
- 11, 12 to state Items in the following edition:
