About additional measures for increase in legal knowledge of inspectors on prevention of law-enforcement bodies

For the purpose of implementation of new system of training of specialists for law-enforcement bodies, complete satisfaction of need for personnel with the higher legal education in law-enforcement bodies, and also ensuring effective implementation of the important tasks facing inspectors on prevention of law-enforcement bodies in the conditions of New Uzbekistan:

1. Implement since 2022/2023 academic years procedure for acceptance on extramural studies without admission examinations devoted to the profession, initiative (seniors) prevention inspectors with length of service in law-enforcement bodies more than three years in the University of public safety, the Tashkent state legal university and other public highest educational institutions having the direction of formation of bachelor degree in the field of law (except for University of world economy and diplomacy, Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Customs institute of the State Customs Committee) (further - the highest educational institutions).

2. Establish procedure according to which:

for issue (senior) inspectors on prevention of recommendations on extramural studies in the direction of formation of bachelor degree in the field of law the commission under the leadership of the deputy minister of internal affairs - the head of the department of public safety is created (further - the commission);

testings under the Cabinet of Ministers are held by the commission together with the State center tests by determination of level of knowledge of candidates for training from among (senior) prevention inspectors;

the commission chairman represents to the Minister of Internal Affairs the list (senior) inspectors on prevention to which recommendations about results of tests and based on the conclusion of the commission are issued;
