About modification of the Procedure for passing qualification examination by persons who intend to perform activities of the arbitration manager

According to the subitem of 1 Item 3, I ORDER to Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228,:

1. Bring in the Procedure for passing qualification examination by persons who intend to perform activities of the arbitration manager, No. 2535/5, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 13, 2019 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 15, 2019 for No. 925/33896, the following changes:

1) in the Section II:

in the paragraph the fourteenth Item 2 of the word of "initials (name initial)" shall be replaced with words "own name";

to add Item 3 after paragraph one with new paragraphs of the following content:

"By results of preliminary consideration of documents the structural division of Ministry of Justice constitutes the conclusion about compliance of person to the requirements established by Items 1, 2 presents of the Section (further - the conclusion).

The conclusion is signed by the head of the structural unit of Ministry of Justice or person fulfilling its duties.";

2) in the Section III:

in the second offer of Item 5 of the word "surnames, name," shall be replaced with words middle names "own name and surname";

in paragraph three of Item 21 of the word "surnames, names, middle names (in the presence)" shall be replaced with words "own names and surnames";

3) in appendix to the Procedure:

shall be replaced with words the words "First name, middle initial, last name" before the words "place of residence/stay" "the surname, name, middle name (in the presence)";
