About change of resolutions of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus
Based on Articles 6, 63 Air codes of the Republic of Belarus, subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2006 No. 719, and Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2006 "About some measures for implementation of the Air code of the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 1617
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus of May 8, 2015 No. 9 "About approval of Aviation rules of the organization of communication and radio engineering ensuring flights of the state aircraft of the Republic of Belarus":
to exclude from preamble of the word "Questions of the Central Bodies of Military Management of Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus";
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve Aviation rules of the organization of communication and radio engineering ensuring flights of the state aircraft of the Republic of Belarus (are applied).";
in the Aviation rules approved by this resolution:
in the paragraph the second Item 3 of the word "air unit" shall be replaced with words "the military (aviation) unit;
in the paragraph the second Item 5 of the word of "air unit" shall be replaced with words "military (aviation) unit";
add Aviation rules with Item 8-1 of the following content:
