About modification of the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products
According to part 3 of article 30 of the Federal law "About the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 25, 2021 No. 1010 "About federal state control (supervision) in the field of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 27, the Art. 5397).
2. Financial provision of the payment commitments connected with implementation of this resolution is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided to Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation on the specified purposes in the federal budget for the next financial year and planning period.
3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022.
