According to the paragraph to third Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation I ORDER:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of February 02, 2015 No. 118 "About approval of the Regulations on operational search department of body of protection of frontier", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 18, 2015 for No. 187/26632.

2. To provide to the director of safety of frontier and migratory processes of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (M.'s Yellow archangel) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
