About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 21, 2021 No. 24 "About approval of Rules of use of lump retirement benefits for improvement of housing conditions according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 21, 2021 No. 24 "About approval of Rules of use of lump retirement benefits for improvement of housing conditions according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 22100) the following changes and amendment:

in Rules of use of lump retirement benefits for improvement of the housing conditions according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:

5) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"5) the applicant - person having the right to lump retirement benefits from ENPF according to the Law;";

third item 4 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"After opening of the special account the applicant fills in electronic application forms for lump retirement benefit for improvement of housing conditions with indication of number of the special account, the purpose of use, the available amount, methods of deduction and transfer of the individual income tax determined by article 351-1 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 25, 2017 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget (Tax code)", the certified EDSs of the applicant.";

"5. Use of lump retirement benefits for improvement of housing conditions in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan is allowed on the purpose:
