1. The deputy prime minister on digital development coordinates the following spheres of activity:

1) innovation of the public sector;

2) upgrade of the state services and administrative processes;

3) use of information and communication technologies in the public sector;

4) development of information society.

2. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 760/2010 about Public organization "Agency of Electronic Control" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 150-152, 832), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
