About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About rehabilitation of persons with disability in Ukraine" concerning reduction in compliance with some legal acts of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About rehabilitation of persons with disability in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 2-3, of Art. 36 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1. In paragraph seven of part eight of Article 7 of the word of "special road transport" to replace with the word of "car".

2. To state the text of Article 12 in the following edition:

"The system of rehabilitation of persons with disability, children with disability is constituted:

the executive bodies and local government bodies exercising control of system of rehabilitation of persons with disability;

rehabilitation organizations, irrespective of departmental subordination, type and pattern of ownership;

children's homes - organizations of preschool education of health care system for children with physical and/or intellectual violations aged up to four years, irrespective of departmental subordination, type and pattern of ownership;

organizations of preschool education (day nursery gardens) of the combined type for children age from two months to six (seven) years as a part of which there can be groups of common development, the compensating type, family, walking, in which preschool education taking into account the state of health of children, their intellectual, psychological, physical development, irrespective of departmental subordination, type and pattern of ownership is provided;

organizations of preschool education (the centers of development of the child) of education system in which physical, intellectual and psychological development, correction of psychological and physical development, improvement of the children visiting other educational institutions or who are brought up houses are provided;

special facilities of education - special facilities of general secondary education and the educational and rehabilitation centers for the children needing correction of physical and/or intellectual development;
