2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2022.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 26, 2010 No. 27

"issue of special brands for marking of the tobacco products which are subject to obligatory marking by funds of identification for date of filing of application about issue of the special brands, to the persons performing production of tobacco products, which are not registered in the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification, and (or) did not sign with the operator of the specified information system the agreement on provision of the device of registration of issue to participants of turnover of tobacco products including by provision of remote access to it and the service provision agreement on provision of codes of marking is forbidden to participants of turnover of tobacco products.".

2. Add with Item 11 of the following content:

"11. This resolution is effective till September 1, 2028".
