About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in the field of electronic communications and information technologies No. 48/2013

No. 399-410, 679), with subsequent changes, and parts (2) articles II of the Law No. 245/2020 on introduction of amendments to the Law on electronic communications No. 241/2007 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 360-371, 313) the DECIDES: NAREKIT Administrative board

1. In the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in the field of electronic communications and information technologies No. 48/2013 about approval of the Regulations on provision of public services of electronic communications registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 948 of November 1, 2013 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, No. 258 - 261, Art. 1695), to make the following changes:

1) in acceptance formula the text: "and Item a) parts (2) article 2 of the Law on illegal conditions in the agreements signed with consumers No. 256/2011 of. (2012, Art. No. 38-41, 115)" to exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova;

2) in appendix to the resolution:

a) in Item 1 after the words "between suppliers" to add with the text "networks of electronic communications public and/or";

b) in Item 3:
