About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the organization and carrying out gamblings No. 291/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 2-8, 3), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 53:

part (to state 2) in the following edition:

add Article with parts (2-1) and (2-2) following of content:

"(2-1) Provisions of part (2) do not extend to use of promoreklama for promotion and/or stimulations of gamblings, bet on sports competitions / actions and other types of activity in the field of gamblings at the main office of the business entity who got according to the law permission to the organization and carrying out gamblings, and also to the promotional materials intended for distribution only among participants of gamblings.

(To 2-2) Business entities who are engaged in the organization or carrying out gamblings, bet on sports competitions / actions and other types of activity in the field of gamblings the organization either participation in sponsor's is forbidden or charity as a result of which the name of the business entity who is engaged in the organization or carrying out gamblings, bet on sports competitions / actions and other types of activity in the field of gamblings can be exposed on review or other information on its communication with this event is made public.".
