The state members of Eurasian economic community which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

being guided by the Constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community of October 10, 2000 and the Agreement on legal support of forming of the Customs union and the Common economic space of October 26, 1999,

aiming to pursue the approved legal policy providing effective integration interaction within Eurasian economic community (further - EurAsEC),

recognizing need of development of the unified procedure for regulation of legal relationship within EurAsEC,

agreed as follows:

Article 1. Regulation subject

Define by this Agreement of the Party the status of Bases of the legislation of Eurasian economic community (daleeosnova of the legislation of EurAsEC), establish the unified procedure for their development, consideration, acceptance, change, suspension and cancellation.

Bases of the legislation of EurAsEC are understood as legal acts of EurAsEC which establish regulations of legal regulation, single for the Parties, in basic spheres of legal relationship and which are adopted by the conclusion by the Parties of the relevant agreements (daleesoglasheniye about acceptance of Bases of the legislation of EurAsEC).

Article 2. Principles of development of Bases of the legislation of EurAsEC

In case of development of Bases of the legislation of EurAsEC the following principles shall be observed:

a) compliance of Bases of the legislation of EurAsEC to the conventional principles and rules of international law;

b) comprehensive study of legal, social and economic and other effects of action of Bases of the legislation of EurAsEC.
