RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF FORESTRY OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of the resolution of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus of December 26, 2016 No. 84

Based on subitem 1.14 of Item 1 of Article 12 of the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus, subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2004 No. 298, the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus of December 26, 2016 No. 84 "About approval of Rules of branch and valuation of cutting areas in the woods of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:

1.1. in Item 1:

exclude the word "enclosed";

add Item with the word "(are applied)";

1.2. in Rules of branch and valuation of cutting areas in the woods of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:

in Item 3 of the word "approved by republican state body on forestry in coordination with republican state body on emergency situations, republican state body on health care, republican state body on natural resources and environmental protection" shall be replaced with words "approved by the resolution of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2016 No. 86";

state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. Branch and valuation of cutting area are performed by workers of the legal entity conducting forestry at presence and under the leadership of the official to who functions of the state forest protection of the Republic of Belarus are assigned, masters of the wood, either the employee of the forest management organization, or other persons, authorized legal entities conducting forestry on carrying out branch and valuation of cutting areas are not lower.";

to add paragraph two of part one of Item 11 with words ", approved by the resolution of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2016 No. 68";
