About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of May 26, 2017 No. 16
Based on subitem 1.11 of Item 1 of Article 12, of Item 2, parts two of item 4 of article 23 of the Water code of the Republic of Belarus, Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2013 No. 503, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of May 26, 2017 No. 16 "About some questions of regulation of dumpings of chemical and other substances as a part of sewage" the following changes:
state the name in the following edition:
"About standard rates of admissible dumpings of chemical and other substances as a part of sewage";
to exclude from preamble of the word "About Some Questions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus";
in Item 2:
"enclosed" to exclude the word;
add Item with the word "(is applied)";
to be reworded as follows appendix to this resolution it (is applied);
in the Instruction about procedure for establishment of standard rates of admissible dumpings of chemical and other substances as a part of sewage approved by this resolution:
state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. Temporary standard rates of dumpings are established in the cases established in Item 6 of article 23 of the Water code of the Republic of Belarus.";
in Item 6:
