About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine on introduction in the natural gas market of accounting and calculations for gas amount in energy units

For the purpose of cost determination of natural gas proceeding from parameters of its quality as goods (energy value) and reduction of parameters of natural gas in the domestic market to its parameters on customs border of Ukraine with the states - members of the European Union which is premises of integration of the natural gas market of Ukraine with the natural gas market of the European Union the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukrainy:.

1. Part the second article 25 of the Law "About Heat Supply" (Sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 28, Art. 373; 2017, No. 34, Art. 370; 2019, 46, the Art. 295) to add No. with the paragraph the sixth the following content:
