About change of the laws concerning the guaranteed compensation of bank deposits (deposits)

Article 1. Bring in the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus of October 25, 2000 the following changes:
1. Third of Article 121 to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
"the organization performing the guaranteed compensation of bank deposits (deposits) of physical persons - in connection with payment of the specified compensation to the physical persons acting as individual entrepreneurs.".
2. The sixth Article 164 to add part with words ", and under agreements of rendering tourist services - the legislation on tourism".
Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2008 No. 369-Z "About the guaranteed compensation of bank deposits (deposits) of physical persons" the following changes:
1. In Article 2:
in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "other is not determined by this Law" "other is not determined";
in paragraph three:
exclude the words "The Republic of Belarus (Further — National Bank)";
the words "in bank deposits (deposits) (further if other is not determined by this Law" shall be replaced with words "into accounts and (or) in deposits (deposits) (further";
the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"physical persons - the citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and persons without citizenship including acting as individual entrepreneurs who concluded with bank one or more bank account agreements and (or) bank deposit (deposit) (further - bank deposit agreement (deposit)) or addressed to which such agreements, and also their heirs are signed.".
