About modification of the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of October 6, 2020 No. 578

According to Item "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts NKTsBFR to the Law of Ukraine "About the capital markets and the organized goods markets", the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED 13 parts one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Bring in Item 1 of the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of October 6, 2020 No. 578 "About establishment of the list of non-bank financial institutions which shall fulfill duties of financial agents", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 17, 2020 for No. 1134/35417, the following changes:

in paragraph one of the word "stock market participants" shall be replaced with words "members of the capital markets", shall be replaced with words the words "in the stock market" "in the capital markets";

paragraphs two - to replace the fourth with four paragraphs of the following content:

"activities for trade in financial instruments - subbroker activities;

activities for trade in financial instruments - broker activities;

activities for trade in financial instruments - activities for portfolio management of financial instruments;

depository activity - depository activity of depository institution.".

2. To department of regulation of professional participants of the security market () provide Kurochkin I.:
