1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of September 25, 2012 No. 580 "About approval of the document forms necessary for carrying out the land biddings", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 26, 2012 for No. 1656/21968.
2. To provide to management of regulation of agrarian resources submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister Taras Vysotsky.
