Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of the address with solid utility waste

In the pricing Bases in the field of the address with solid utility waste approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 30, 2016 No. 484 "About pricing in the field of the address with solid utility waste" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 23, Art. 3331; 2018, No. 31, Art. 5012; No. 40, Art. 6122; No. 52, Art. 8297; 2019, No. 17, Art. 2088; 2021, No. 13, Art. 2242):

a) the paragraph one of Item 33 to state in the following edition:

"33. Sales expenses of the regional operator are determined according to methodical instructions and include expenses on doubtful debts in the amount of the actual receivables, but no more than 5 percent for 2022 - 2024, no more than 3 percent for 2025 - 2026 and no more than 2 percent since 2027 of the necessary gross revenue established for the regional operator on previous period of regulation.";
