About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About service in bodies of prosecutor's office"

1. In Article 2.4 the word before the word "service" to add the word "position and military".
2. Add Article 3.4 of the following content:

The bases and conditions of passing of military service of the military personnel who is not the prosecutor serving in bodies of military prosecutor's office are regulated by the Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About military service", "The status of the military personnel", "Disciplinary the charter of Armed Forces of the Azerbaijan Republic" and other regulatory legal acts determining activities of the military personnel.".
3. In Article 4.4-1 of the word "in educational scientific institution of relevant organ of the executive authority" shall be replaced with words "in the scientific and educational center of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Azerbaijan Republic".
