attaching importance to international cooperation in the legal sphere, to ensuring protection of human rights and freedoms according to the conventional principles and rules of international law,

being guided by provisions of the Constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community (further - EurAsEC) and Regulations on Council of Ministers of justice under Integration Committee of EurAsEC,

proceeding from the mutual aspiration of the Parties to develop interaction on the questions which are of mutual interest

for the purpose of forming of common information space within EurAsEC,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Systematic exchange of regulatory legal acts of the national legal system shall perform the parties, provide on mutual basis information and methodical and other help and analytical materials concerning activities of bodies of the Parties.

The parties perform exchange of regulatory legal acts, other legal information stated in Russian.

Article 2

The parties within the competence cooperate on the following main activities:

information and methodical ensuring legislative activity;

development of legal information systems;

participation in development and program implementation of legal informatization;

the organization of work on creation and maintaining databases of legal information in the field of justice;

implementation of exchange of legal information, including in machine-readable form, with the international organizations and the third states;

coordination of activities for creation of national banks of data of the legislation of state members of Eurasian economic community;

implementation of information and methodical ensuring activities of service of bailiffs and other bodies of the Parties;
