About modification of the Section X "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About public purchases" concerning prevention of origin and spread of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19)

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. The paragraph the fourth Item 3-1 of the Section X "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About public purchases" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2019, No. 45, Art. 289; 2020, No. 16, Art. 100; 2021, 36, 308) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"Determine that for action of the quarantine established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, according to the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the population against infectious diseases", purchase of goods (except medicines, vaccines or other medical immunobiological supplies, consumable materials for delivery of health care by sick COVID-19 and medical products for vaccination from COVID-19, of the medical equipment for the healthcare institutions giving help to patients, sick COVID-19, of systems of supply of medical gases), the works and services connected with designing and installation of systems of supply of medical gases (including oxygen-transfer shops, cryogenic reservoirs, networks of centralized kislorodosnabzheniye and their components), and also other services necessary for accomplishment of the actions directed to prevention of origin and distribution, localization and liquidation of flashes, epidemics and pandemics of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19), it is performed according to the procedure, established by this Law for the simplified purchases".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries, other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
