About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 9, 2015 No. 1124

According to article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance", I ORDER to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375,:

1. In heading and Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 9, 2015 No. 1124 "About approval of the Procedure for consideration by monitoring bodies of claims to requirements about payment of shortage for payment of single fee of obligatory national social insurance and on decisions on charge of penalty fee and imposing of penalty", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 3, 2016 for No. 178/28308, "regulatory authorities" shall be replaced with words "tax authority".

2. Make changes to the Procedure for consideration by monitoring bodies of claims to requirements about payment of shortage for payment of single fee of obligatory national social insurance and on decisions on charge of penalty fee and imposing of penalty, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 9, 2015 1124, registered on February 3, 2016 for No. 178/28308, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective in 10 days from the date of its official publication.
