About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2011 No. 716 and of September 30, 2016 No. 791
Based on the paragraph of the ninth of Article 15 and part one of article 59-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 5, 2004 No. 300-Z "About architectural, town-planning and construction activities in the Republic of Belarus", and also for the purpose of reducing investment cycle of process of construction of wells for oil and gas extraction the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. to add Item 17 of the Regulations on procedure for acceptance for operation of construction objects approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2011 No. 716, after the words "prior to acceptance for operation of object" with words "(on construction objects of wells for oil and gas extraction - no later than 15 days)";
1.2. to No. approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 30, 2016 791, to add appendix 4 to the Regulations on procedure for conducting state examination of the town-planning projects, architectural, construction projects allocated in them queues of construction, start-up complexes and estimates (estimate documentation) with Item 12 of the following content:
"12. Documentation on construction of wells for oil and gas extraction, except for the project documentation on infrastructure facilities of wells for oil and gas extraction.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
